New Product Video

This is an example of an online resource for a digital product release. The target audience is new and existing users and the purpose was to demonstrate how to navigate the new platform. The video is hosted on YouTube and embedded in the digital platform as well.

Using SMART Boards

This is an example of an online product demonstration allowing new users the opportunity to interact with and explore the features of the hardware. The use of advanced actions as well as on screen and auditory directions guide the learner through this learning experience.

Modularized Courses

This is one example (of many!) where I took a large amount of learning content (in this case customer-facing) and implemented adult learning theory to begin to modularize and streamline the material, making it more interactive and engaging. The use of embedded video and interactive content increases learner engagement as well.

Users are able to complete smaller sections of material and receive a certificate or badge to indicate progress. The Captivate files are created in a way that allows users to continue from where they left off, allowing them to complete the course sequence in several sessions if needed. 

This course sequence is ever evolving as I work to make changes to the overall certification and as the product offerings change, so check back often!

Video Examples

I love to create short, bite-sized learning videos that help explain a new concept, how to use a tool, or even just to provide updates because I firmly believe that video is one of the best tools to convey information to learners.
