I take content and make it amazing online! I love planning, designing, developing, updating, and improving existing and new training materials, and working with SME’s to continually increase the online self-serve model. As a former educator in both the K-12 and higher ed environments, I have unique insight into how people of all ages learn. I transitioned to the corporate world in 2013 where I gained new skills in developing and leading training for SaaS and hardware for both internal and external audiences. I take this hands-on experience and blend it with my advanced degrees in eLearning to create interactive, engaging, and productive learning experiences.

I have extensive experience with digital video, audio, and course design tools. I lead in the strategic planning, development and implementation of multimedia learning assets and initiatives, and the management, administration, and maintenance of synchronous and asynchronous online learning programs and courses. I enjoy a position that utilizes my instructional design, technical communications, education, sales, and training background that allows me to design, produce, and deliver creative digital teaching, learning, and research solutions for organizations focused on delivering innovative education and training. I have extensive experience developing curriculum utilizing technology as a vehicle to further learner knowledge and understanding of both products and processes. My varied experiences position me to be valuable leader of a team as I bring a thorough understanding of the user experience for not only the instructor and learner but a sales organization as well. I am committed to life-long learning and have variety of experiences in education, information technology, business, sales and training, including management and supervisory experience.
